	This is a Power Point Staff Presentation Tool done in a "Who wants to be a Millionaire" format. All employees were required to attend the 2 hour presentation. Non-clinical staff were let our early - before the Patient Care portion was presented. About a week after the presentation, each department selected a representative to participate in the actual game. These individuals were given a copy of the questions used in the review session. These questions were used in the game. Each person had to supply a lifeline ahead of time and any hospital employee was allowed to be in the audience. The grand prize (not a million dollars) was a cash gift certificate to Wal-Mart. Next time, we will consider a different participant selection process and additional prizes. There was a lot of excitement and anticipation about the game and employees were less 'grumbly' about attending the sessions because of the game. To view the presentation, click on the policy name. Comments: This seems to be a wonderful tool. We will try to use some of the slides now. Our survey is in 4 weeks and we are trying to get the staff ready - one last time!! Thanks.
