I set this up by forming a small work group meeting 3 times; 1 nurse, lab, evcs, facilities, occ.health and admin. We reviewed the EOC and determined what part of the EOC needs to be on the floor and what part we could keep in the master diesel testing ?). We then placed the EOC in a format that could best be used by staff.. I then went around the hospital a couple of times and took other staff input on the finished product.
