This is a Power Point Staff Presentation Tool done in a Who wants to be a Millionaire format All employees were required to attend the 2 hour presentation Non-clinical staff were let our early – before the Patient Care portion was presented About a week after the presentation each department selected a representative to participate in the actual game These individuals were given a copy of the questions used in the review session These questions were used in the game Each person had to supply a lifeline ahead of time and any hospital employee was allowed to be in the audience The grand prize not a million dollars was a cash gift certificate to Wal-Mart Next time we will consider a different participant selection process and additional prizes There was a lot of excitement and anticipation about the game and employees were less grumbly about attending the sessions because of the game To view the presentation click on the policy name Contributed By: Jeanine Jaehne JCAHO Coordinator Pattie A Clay Regional Medical Center
